Accepted Forms of Payment

• Payment is due when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

• We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express), Cash, After Pay and Care Credit.

• Insurance Policy- We do not process Insurance Claims or accept Insurance Plans as forms of payment.  Payment is due at the time of service.  We do provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company.  Based on your policy and plan outline, your insurance company will reimburse you for your covered treatments or procedures.  We have found that most Pet Insurance Companies work in this fashion of reimbursement process.
