When you arrive at our veterinary clinic, you will be greeted warmly and one of our receptionists will help get you and your pet checked in. 

You'll be ushered into one of our exam rooms where you can speak with Dr. Gladney and your technician about any concerns you may have with your pet. In most cases, our technician will see you first and gather information on your pet's current condition and the reason for your visit. 

Then Dr. Gladney will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostics or medications if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss results with you and answer any questions you may have. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you're completely comfortable with the information we're providing.
